Dance Lab Choreography Symposium is an engaging two-day online symposium made for anyone passionate about the art form of choreography. Whether you’re a beginner intrigued by the craft or a seasoned professional seeking fresh inspiration, Dance Lab Choreography Symposium promises to give you invaluable insights and practical tools from an expansive roster of experts in the field.

Immerse yourself in the world of dancemaking through interactive workshops, thought-provoking lectures, networking opportunities and more with our unique, cross-disciplinary platform crafted to help you elevate your own creations.

  • You will be sent a link to our state-of-the-art Virtual Venue with two Symposium Studios.
  • Effortlessly navigate between Symposium Studios to check out any session at any time!
  • Use the Chat feature to communicate with other participants throughout the Symposium and ask your burning questions at each session’s dedicated Q&A.
  • Get face time at the end of Day 1 in our Zoom Social Hour! (Only Guest Artists and Moderators will appear on screen during Studio Sessions.)
  • Burnt out online? Take a break and watch any session at your leisure for two weeks after the Symposium! All sessions will be available in the Virtual Venue starting Monday, June 10 at 10AM ET.
